DCS Computing is pleased to announce that the 5th in-person Aspherix® & CFDEM®coupling Conference will be held in Vienna, Austria on 26-27 September 2024. 

This is another exciting opportunity for the DEM and CFD software user community to make new international connections, exchange knowledge, see interesting presentations, take part in lively discussions and an overall enjoyable experience!

The 5th Aspherix® & CFDEM® Conference will be held at the Haus der Ingenieure in Vienna, Austria.

The venue is located in the center of Vienna and well-connected to the main train station.

Getting to the Venue

By Train

Travelling by train? Please look for ”Wien Westbahnhof” or ”Wien Hauptbahnhof” (Vienna Main Station) at https://www.oebb.at when looking for tickets.

By Plane

  • Vienna Airport: a direct train connects to Vienna Airport with the station Wien Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Main Station).

Metro / Subway / Tramway

  • The closest Subway Stations are Wien Karlsplatz and Volkstheater.
  • From the Vienna Main Station you can directly take the U1 in direction of Leopolau.
